the architecture and interior design were impressive, and the food was very good. the common areas were inviting and comfortable, including a lovely spa with great facilities and services.
The front desk staff were not always helpful in explaining hotel operations.

Spent Christmas at a hotel in the middle of nature, and it was wonderful. The room was cozy and comfortable, perfect for a family holiday. The food was delicious and abundant, with a range of options available. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome and at home. The hotel is also situated in a great location, with beautiful nature walks and gorgeous views of the surrounding landscape.
While the hotel offered great amenities and location, there were a few negative aspects. there was no one available to assist with our luggage.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel located in a beautiful natural reserve. The hotel facilities were great, with cozy and comfortable rooms. Plus, the staff was super friendly, helpful and accommodating with our requests. The location was perfect, immersed in nature, ideal for hiking and outdoor activities. Finally, the breakfast was phenomenal, with delicious choices that satisfied our palates.

The hotel was located in a stunning natural park, perfect for hiking and nature lovers. the architecture of the hotel blended well with the surrounding mountains. the food was excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful. One advantage worth mentioning is that we were able to access the park outside of official opening times, allowing us to enjoy the surroundings even more.
we were not offered any help with our luggage upon arrival, and the hotel's parking was not close to the building.
